24,000 sf office building in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood of CDMX.  Involved in all phases of design and coordination, specifically concept and design development, as well as the production of custom perforated rainscreen shop drawings.

This project began as an effort for the firm to collaborate with an artist to create a set of murals which allowed for spatial and surface graphic to compliment one another.  The result is a set of four murals which play on the geometry of the space as well as the building’s location.
